Date on wheels

I’m hoping y’all can help me. I love model Ts but realistically I’ll never be able to own one. I however pick up model t parts when I find them just so I can have parts of one.
My question is the two rims I have. Both are wood spoke, left I think they call it a clincher ? It measures 25” across.
The right one I found at a yard sale today and it’s a declincher? Is that right? It measures 20” across. Can you give me a date these were used on and rather they went on front or back?
I strive to learn as much as I can about them. Hope these pics work.

I guess not !!

Right one is a demountable wheel for 1919-1927 Ford. It fits a 30 X 3 1/2” tire.

The left one is a clincher rim. If you measured “25” it is a 24” rim for 30 X3 tires.

Thank you sir
