I was just reading Royces excellent post on hubcaps, and would like to add my opinion on the '13 to '17 hub caps. I have no proof on this, only observations from KNOWN ORIGINAL CARS. On the photo comparing two hubcaps side by side, it is my opinion that the one on the right is the true 1913 hubcap. I have a NOS 1917 hubcap, and a portion of the black center paint is flaking off. There is no nickel in that area.
